How LSB Steganography works
Encoding — The last bit of each RGB colour channel is replaced with message data. Changing 1 out of 255 is invisible to the eye.
Lossless format — You must save as PNG. JPEG compression destroys the hidden bits.
Capacity — Larger images can store longer messages (3 bits per pixel).
